Sydney McPeak

Growing up, Sydney learned about the health benefits of fruits, vegetables, spices, and mushrooms while trying different products throughout the isles of her grandparent’s health food store. She was the number one taste tester for her family’s brand of gummy supplements, utilizing certified organic plant-based vitamins and minerals and diary-free Probiotics.

Sydney has helped the McPeak® brand develop products and flavors she believes young women and women of all ages will enjoy. The superfoods found in McPeak’s products are ingredients Sydney eats every day in her smoothies, snacks, and supplements.

Richie McPeak


Richie’s passion for studying food medicine spans 20+ years. Starting in 1996, Richie stocked the shelves of his family’s health food store where he spent time studying the benefits of organic fruits, vegetables, spices, herbs, mushrooms, and Probiotics. He listened to consumers and their families and the healthy goodness they were seeking. The interaction and trust that occurs while handing people products and looking them in the eyes is something he has carried with him throughout his journey to create clean, organic, plant-based gummy supplements and Probiotics.

Inspired while having lunch with his kindergarten son, Conner, in the early 2000s, Richie noticed a lack of fruits, vegetables, and spices in kids’ products. Richie and his family created the first kids and adult certified organic, plant-based gummy supplements with the USDA Organic Seal, European Union Seal, and non-GMO project verification. These delicious supplements were placed worldwide in top retailers such as Publix, Wegmans, and H-E-B, plus thousands of health food stores and households globally.

Mimi McPeak

 Director of Almost everything

Mimi began marketing and branding in 2006, bringing certified organic supplements to the market for kids and adults to enjoy and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Working with manufacturers, organic suppliers, bottle suppliers, graphic artists, printing companies, obtaining certifications, shipping, leasing, hiring, and setting up new accounts, Mimi has had a hand in every aspect of successfully bringing a new brand to market.

Mimi obtained certification for the world’s first USDA certified organic, EU certified organic, and non-GMO Project verified gummy supplements.

A mom of three, Mimi likes a well-played, competitive, semi-friendly game of backyard volleyball.

Herb Lewis


Herb Lewis brings 35+ years of successful supplement brand building with 1 billion+ in supplement sales, innovative management and training techniques, powerful presentation material, and developing successful and wealthy sales forces through inspirational leadership. His expertise, with a proven track record of success, is in exploding small and start-up brands into top-selling industry leaders.

  • Led Nature’s Plus, CountryLife, and New Chapter from infancy to leadership in the natural retail channel. One of Herb’s favorite quotes: “If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it.”

Eddie Vasquez


Eddie Vasquez is a 42-year-old Creative Director, Designer, Husband, and Father of 3 awesome teenagers based in Southern California. Eddie has spent the last 20 years mastering his craft in brand strategy, design, marketing, and packaging solutions.

After living in Austin, Texas from 2007 to 2016, and helping build the nutrition and fitness brand, ONNIT, Eddie moved back to Southern California to be closer to family and to continue to assist brands in creating engaging experiences in the CBD & nutritional supplement industries.



Eric brings to McPeak more than 20 years of executive IT experience from Fortune 100 companies including IBM, Cisco Systems, and AT&T, as well as biotechnology firms in early-stage development. He will lead the strategic development of the IT department, direct internal and external IT collaboration, and build the best in class IT department.

This role will allow Eric to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of all company areas of McPeak, including Legal & Compliance, Program, Training, and Finance. He will also enable IT and Security best practices for the organization.

Eric is a graduate of Morehouse College, Atlanta, GA with degrees in Management /Marketing. He has been married for 18 years and father of two children ages 7 and 10.

Fun facts: Eric recently moved to New York as a father of a TV actress and a Broadway singer/ actor. His hobbies include golf, college and professional football, and making candles. He’s looking forward to an amazing journey with team McPeak across all markets!

Herbert “David” Alvarez


David joins the McPeak team with a strong background in logistics, delivery systems, and all things vitamins. His unique background pairs his experience in the professional sports arena with the regional manager for an international vitamin brand, making him the ideal match for McPeak. David is highly motivated, intensely dedicated, and an expert in using his diverse skills to build functional teams and noteworthy brands.

When David isn’t training his clients, he is spending fun times with his sweet daughter, Niah, his newborn son, David IV, and supporting youth sports in the community.

John Griffin


Bringing people together has always been a passion of John’s. Working and collaborating with farmers and domestic manufacturers, listening to their stories, and bringing their products to market has been the most enjoyable experience for John because he loves people. He continues to search for honest people and to be available for companies that share the same values as he does. To John… authenticity, compassion, integrity, and transparency are just a few of the values that run to his core.

Working with McPeak and gaining their trust to bring great people to the table, continues to drive John to find sustainable stories reflective of McPeak™’s philosophy.

We’re radically transparent about our food-based, pesticide-free, and non-GMO ingredients. Many of our fruits, vegetables, and spices can be found at your local farmer’s market and we source many of our ingredients from family-owned farms. 

We focus on eco-sustainable packaging and believe the health of our bodies is directly connected to the health of our earth; they are one. We choose to say no to single-use plastic bottles for the health of our planet now and for our future generations.
